The Dojo has reopened after the Christmas break and I was keen to get back to training, if a little aprehensive. Aprehensive because our Sensei, left to her own devices for two weeks can cook up some very torturous training routines. We started with some plyometrics up and down the dojo, then moved on to some Kata work, and visualisation work, and then worked on some fighting drills.
So no miles clocked up today, but a welcome return to the dojo and a thoroughly enjoyable hour’s exercise!
